Presidents and Secretaries,
As mentioned during the Rotaract District Assembly (RDA), the District Team would like all Rotaract clubs to submit a list of your committee member details and provide some of your club details.

Please kindly complete and submit the following Google Document form by 30th June 2012, Saturday.
It should only take about 5 to 10 minutes of your time.
Should you face any difficulties submitting the Google Documents form, I've attached an excel version of the form and you may fill this excel file instead and submit together with your committee members contact list.
Committee Members Contact List
Attached is a soft copy of the Committee Members Contact List. Please kindly fill this excel file and send to me latest by 30th June 2012, Saturday.
The committee members should be the incoming Board of Directors for RY2012/13.
