Upcoming event... Rotaract District Assembly

Dear fellow Rotaractors,
 
On behalf of the incoming Rotaract Committee, we would like to formally invite you to Rotaract District Assembly (RDA) 2012/13. For those who are new, RDA is an annual District event which provides a training avenue for future leaders and incoming board of directors of Rotaract Clubs for RY 2012-13. Attendance by all clubs in the District is compulsory and your registration fees should be sponsored by your sponsoring Rotary Clubs.

Details for RDA are as follows:
Date: 30 June 2012, Saturday
Time: 9.30 am - 5.00 pm (Registration starts at 9.15am)
Venue: Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Registration fees:

For Singapore Clubs: SGD 200 (Maximum of 10 participants)

For Malaysia Clubs: RM 50 per Malaysian Rotaractor 

Kindly note that during the RDA registration, payment for District Dues of SGD 40 (Singapore Clubs) and RM 80 (Malaysian Clubs only)will also have to be made. 

Attached is an excel document for all participating clubs to fill in their participant details. It would be appreciated if all clubs can revert your attendance to me by 9^th June 2012 and send me your club’s participant details by 17^th June 2012.
